How Can I Place a Sonnet Order? Do You Ship International?
Orders from the United States and Canada can be placed directly through Sonnet's online store or through one of our resellers or distributors. We cannot accept international orders from other countries due to arrangements with our international distributors. To place an international order, please contact one of our international distributors.
Will My Order Have Sales Tax?
By law, state and local sales taxes must be collected based on the destination of the shipment. Due to Sonnet's physical presence in California, Georgia, and Tennessee we are required to collect state sales for shipments to these states.
I've Had a Problem Placing an Order. Who Do I Contact?
If you had a problem placing an order or if you feel your order was not properly submitted, you can contact us via our Online Customer Service Form or by phone at (949) 587-3536. Customer Service is available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (PT), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. When contacting us, please provide your name, order number (if available), and date of purchase.
Can I Change an Order or Cancel It?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Customer Service Form. You can also reach an Online Store Customer Service representative at (949) 587-3536 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (PT), Monday through Friday. Please provide us with your name, order number (if available), and date of purchase.
How Are Preorders Handled?
On occassion, Sonnet offers products with a preorder option. When purchasing a preorder product, your credit card will be charged within 7 days (per merchant processing requirements), or when the product ships, whichever occurs sooner. If at any time you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the status of your order.
